Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be classified as international.
- Applicants can be students, professors, or doctoral degree candidates.
- Graduate professors must be permanent professors who are eligible to be thesis advisors.
- Applicants who are international students must be approved to study in a thesis-oriented program.
- Applicants who are Master's degree students and Doctoral candidates must be approved to study since the first semester, the 2023 academic year, and onward.

- The candidates must submit the supporting documents as and when requested by the university.
