International Family Award at Aberystwyth University 2025

Aberystwyth University enjoys a close relationship with both its present and former students, and we frequently witness generations of families coming to finish their degrees here after leaving behind relatives. We created the International Family Award in response to this.

Eligibility for International Family Award:

• The applicant must apply to the university directly, without the assistance of an education agency.
• The applicant's family relatives must have studied or are enrolled at the University.
• The applicant must be an international student.
• The applicant must not receive full funding from other sources.

Application Process:

• All eligible candidates must receive an offer of admission from the university.
• The successful candidates must accept the offer by returning the ‘Offer Reply Form’, or by selecting Aberystwyth as their Firm choice through UCAS.
• The candidates must then apply for the International Family Award by completing the Online Application Form.

Value of the Award:

The successful candidates are awarded a tuition discount of GBP 1,000 annually.
