The UNE International Postgraduate Research Award (UNE IPRA) award is available to exceptional overseas applicants who want to pursue a research degree at UNE full-time on campus.
Eligibility for UNE International Postgraduate Research Award (IPRA):
- Outstanding candidates who want to enroll in UNE's postgraduate research program as a full-time internal HDR Candidature can apply for UNE IPRAs.
- An annual stipend, course tuition, and a single Standard Overseas Health Insurance policy are provided by the UNE IPRA to the candidate alone.
- For a Research master's degree, the maximum award period is two years; for a Doctoral degree, it is three years and six months.
- Applications are judged based on their potential for research and academic excellence.
Value of the Scholarship:
A set yearly stipend for full-time applicants, equal to $32,192.00 (2024 base rate), given in installments every two weeks, free of taxes.
