Applicants must:

be an asylum seeker or have a form of protection from an asylum claim (such as limited leave to remain, discretionary leave to remain, unaccompanied asylum-seeking child, or be a dependent family member with one of these statuses).
meet the course’s entry requirements for the programme they want to study.
not be in receipt of and not eligible for UK government student financial support.
have received an offer (or be awaiting a decision) for a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught course, including foundation year courses (but courses at partner colleges are not eligible).
