Science International Scholarships at University of Queensland 2025

The University of Queensland Science International Scholarships.

Eligibility for the Science International Scholarships:

• Students are classified as an international student
• Students are commencing their first semester at UQ
• Students are commencing an approved UQ Faculty of Science program (minimum one-year duration). See Terms & Conditions for a full list of approved programs.
• Students have met the conditions of your offer by the scholarship’s closing date (you don’t need to accept your full offer by the scholarship application deadline)
• Students should be able to demonstrate strong academic performance in their previous studies.

Selection criteria:

• Academic performance (based on the academic credentials you submitted in your UQ Faculty of Science program application).
• Capacity to create change and contribute to science (based on the personal statement you submitted in your scholarship application).

Application Process:

Students need to submit an application form along with a personal statement to the university to be eligible for the scholarship.

Value of the scholarship:

The scholarship is a tuition fee reduction of AUD 5,000.
