Toronto Catholic District School Board - Catherine Temple Mathematics Awards in Canada 2024

The Catherine Temple Mathematics Award is presented annually to an eligible female student graduating from a TCDSB  secondary school to encourage and support her in her pursuit of studies in mathematics or mathematics-related fields at a Canadian post-secondary institution.

Eligibility for  Toronto Catholic District School Board - Catherine Temple Mathematics Awards in Canada, 2024:

• Catherine Temple Mathematics Award, 2024 is open to female students who are graduating from TCDSB secondary schools.
• The award will help them in their pursuit of studies in mathematics or a mathematics-related field at a post-secondary institution in Canada.
• Academic standing is the main factor that will be considered for the selection of candidates for the Catherine Temple Mathematics Award, 2024.
• Applicants must have contributed significantly to the community of the school, especially in areas related to mathematics.
• The financial crisis will also be taken into consideration as a tie-breaker in cases where students demonstrate academic merit.

Application Process:

• Applicants need to submit individual application forms with the following documents:
  • Applicant’s cover letter describing her contribution to the school community
  • Applicant’s resume
  • Reference letter (max. 2)
  • Details of achievements
  • Copy of the latest transcript 

Value of  Toronto Catholic District School Board - Catherine Temple Mathematics Awards in Canada, 2024:

• The successful applicants of Catherine Temple Mathematics Award, 2024 will receive an amount not less than CAD 4,000.
