The objective of the Equal Access Scholarships 2023-24 is to support and encourage students with excellent academic merit and who possess an outgoing personality, to enroll to study at University.
Eligibility for Equal Access Scholarships, 2023-24
- Open to all International (non-EU) applicants residing and seeking sanctuary in the UK.
- Applicants must have a conditional or unconditional offer from the University of York for 2024.
- Applicants must have applied for asylum before they have applied for a place at university.
- Applicants must meet all the program-specific requirements.
Documents Required:
- York Application ID (this is 9 digits long and can be found on your offer letter).
- A personal statement.
- Evidence of a Student’s asylum status, for example, your biometric residence permit.
