Eligibility criteria:
Mastery:
- Have applied for admission or been registered in a master's program at the Faculty of Medicine for two semesters or less;
- Not be the recipient of a nominative scholarship from a granting agency when the Pierre Borgeat Fund scholarship takes effect;
- Propose a research project relevant to the field of arthritis and rheumatic diseases.
PhD:
- Have applied for admission or been registered for the first time in a doctoral (Ph.D.) program at the Faculty of Medicine for four semesters or less;
- Not be the recipient of a nominative scholarship from a granting agency when the Pierre Borgeat Fund scholarship takes effect;
- Propose a research project relevant to the field of arthritis and rheumatic diseases.
Value of the Scholarship:
- Selected candidates are awarded the following benefits:
- Master's - CAD 7,500
- Doctoral students - CAD 10,000.
