Eligibility Criteria for the Eiffel Scholarship Program of Excellence :
- Applicants must identify as international students.
- Applicants must enroll in an eligible master's or doctoral program offered at a French institution.
- Applicants must intimate the enrolled French institution to apply for the scholarship on the student's behalf.

- Eligible students cannot directly apply for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:
