Joyce Malone Memorial Scholarship at College of Health and Human Sciences 2025

Eligibility

• This scholarship is open to both undergraduate and graduate students majoring in Kinesiology who meet specific academic and extracurricular criteria.
• Undergraduate applicants must be in good standing with at least 15 units completed at San José State University (SJSU) and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.50.
• They must have been past or present athletes or support staff (such as athletic trainers, managers, or those holding sports information positions) for a women’s sport sponsored by the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics at SJSU.
• Graduate applicants, also in good standing, must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and plan to pursue a career in Athletic Administration or Sport Management.
• Both undergraduate and graduate applicants must demonstrate strong character, dependability, high ethical standards, and professional commitment.
