Ithaca College Park Scholar Program 2024

Ithaca College Park Scholar Program is offered to Ithaca College students planning to pursue their undergraduate degrees in communications at the college. The full scholarship is provided to students who are passionate about communications and community service and who thrive on an academic and personal challenge.

Eligibility:

• Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen 
• Must apply to Ithaca College for an undergraduate major within the Roy H. Park School of Communications.
• Transfer students are not eligible for the award.
• Must submit the Common Application online for Ithaca College no later than January 15, 2024

As the scholarship is renewable, the students might fulfill the following conditions to avail of the scholarship benefits:

• continue studies in one of the undergraduate programs.
• achieve a minimum of 12 credits per semester.
• acquire a CGPA of 3.5 or higher.
• continued track record of exceptional service and leadership in the community.
• participation in Park Scholar academic programming and enrichment activities

Application Process:

• The applicant must to the university using the online Common Application.
• The applicant must complete the Park Scholar Award application in IC Connect.
• The applicant must subsequently submit the following:
  • Three essays.
  • Two recommendation letters, from people who did not already provide a recommendation on the Common Application.
  • One personal history.

Value of the Scholarship:

The scholarship covers full tuition and room and board at the university for successful candidates.
