Eligibility Criteria for Sanders Memorial Scholarship at the University of Auckland 2025:
The applicant must:
- Be the child of someone who served in the Royal Navy, Commonwealth Navy, or Mercantile Marine.
- Be ordinarily resident in the Auckland Provincial District.
- Be under 19 years old on February 1st of the award year.
- Not have attended university previously.
Intend to enroll full-time in the first year of an undergraduate degree or conjoint degree in the next year.
Selection Criteria for Sanders Memorial Scholarship at the University of Auckland 2025:
- Academic Merit: Achieving Level 2 or higher in NCEA or an equivalent qualification.
- Personal Statement: Assessment of the applicant's study and career aspirations.
Value of Sanders Memorial Scholarship at University of Auckland 2025:
One scholarship will be awarded annually for a period of one year and will be of the value of $5,000.
