Clyde A. Burch Memorial Scholarship Endowment at College of Health and Human Sciences 2025

Eligibility

• The scholarship is open to students enrolled in the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) who are studying physical therapy at any level, including those who have been accepted into a Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• To be eligible, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and a maximum GPA of 4.0.
• This scholarship is intended to support students who are pursuing a career in physical therapy, honoring the memory of Clyde A.
• Burch, who tragically passed away at the age of 18 while studying to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
