The HOPE Foundation for Research on Ageing Scholarship at Massey University 2025

Eligibility criteria for The HOPE Foundation for Research on Ageing Scholarship:

• Open to a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, also consider applications from international students of merit who are doing postgraduate research study at a New Zealand university.
• Applicants must be enrolled or be intending to enrol full-time or part-time for a master’s or doctoral thesis at Massey University on a topic related to ageing.

Value of The HOPE Foundation for Research on Ageing Scholarship:

Successful applicants will get a scholarship amount of $6,000, tenable for one year but may be renewable for up to three years on application.

Application process:

Interested applicants must include the following with their application:

• Brief two-page outline of the proposed research
• Indication of budget and how the grant will be spent
• Evidence that ethical approval for the proposed research has been applied for or approved
• Statement outlining the relevance of your research to the ageing population and to the HOPE Foundation for Research on Ageing Scholarship objectives.
