Eligibility for Royal Society International Exchange Programme:
- The candidate must be a Ph.D. holder or have comparable research experience.
- Throughout the project, the candidate must be employed by an eligible organization on a fixed or permanent basis (government entities, university spin-out businesses, and commercial, industrial, and private organizations are not eligible).
- Candidates must be residents of their nations at the time of application.
Value of the Scholarships:
- up to £3,000 for one-off travel lasting up to three months
- up to £6,000 for multiple visits to be completed within one year
- up to £12,000 for multiple visits to be completed within two years and cost-share projects fixed at two years
Application Process:
The funding application must be submitted through the Society's grants management tool, Flexi-Grant. The scheme notes contain guidance on how to complete your application and how to use Flexi-Grant.
