- GPA/GPE of 7.00 (6.50 for Māori/Pacific candidates).

Value of Philip Deibert PhD Scholarship in Planning at University of Auckland 2025:
A scholarship will be awarded every three years for up to three years, providing a stipend of up to $27,600 per annum, along with contributions towards compulsory fees and international student health insurance (up to $7,250). Part-time students will receive pro-rata payments for up to 72 months.
