About the Scholarship:
Although using Extended Reality (XR) technology for design, presentation, collaboration, construction, etc. might considerably assist the building sector, the existing solutions are highly fragmented and not always customized to their current demands. With a human-centered approach, this project intends to identify the problem and propose a solution that integrates AR/VR/MR capabilities into architecture and engineering projects in a way that is simple to use and available to non-technical industry workers. The project's anticipated end product is a functioning prototype of an XR application that enables people to access, visualize, collaborate on, and interact with several levels of the building's information. With potential users, the efficacy of the proposed application will be assessed.
Eligibility for the Extended Reality for Engineering and Architecture Scholarship:
