Chemical and petroleum engineering undergraduate scholarship at University of Surrey 2025

Scholarship Overview:

• £2,000 accommodation fee waiver for the first year (only).
• UK students with offers for undergraduate or integrated master’s degrees in Chemical and
• Petroleum Engineering at the University of Surrey.
• Students not using university accommodation will receive this as a cash award.
• Based on academic excellence and enthusiasm for the subject.
• The scheme is competitive and reviewed by a scholarship panel.
• International students should apply for the International Excellence scholarship instead.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a UK student with home fee status.
• Must hold an offer for a full-time bachelor’s or integrated master’s degree in:
• Chemical Engineering BEng (Hons) / MEng
• Chemical and Petroleum Engineering BEng (Hons) / MEng.
• Applicants for foundation year are not eligible.

Application Process:

• Online application required for Surrey offer-holders.
• Must apply through UCAS by 29 January 2025.
• Scholarship applications close on 28 March 2025.
• Must have a valid student ID and offer from Surrey to apply.
• Results will be communicated by 16 April 2025. If no update is received, the application was unsuccessful.
