William L. Richter International Scholarship at Kansas State University 2025

Kansas State University has established the William L. Richter International Scholarship to provide financial assistance to international students properly enrolled in any curriculum at K-State. Preference will be given to international students who have financial needs, and show academic potential. 

Eligibility criteria for the William L. Richter International Scholarship:

• Open to all international students.
• Applicants must be graduate or undergraduate students properly enrolled at Kansas State University.
• Applicants must not have received this scholarship during the previous academic year.
• The applicant's current I-20 or DS-2019 must be issued by K-State.
• You must be continuing as a student at K-State during the Fall 2025 semester. The scholarship
  funding will be awarded to cover Fall 2025 tuition/fees.

Note - Students graduating prior to Fall 2025 are not eligible to receive this scholarship.

Application Process:

Students must submit an application form to the university to be eligible for the scholarship.
