Transfer Merit Scholarship

The University funds our academically competitive scholarship for transfer students. The Transfer Excellence scholarship is eligible for renewal as long as students meet the academic expectations and full-time enrollment each semester. 

Eligibility criteria for Transfer Merit Scholarship -

• The transfer students must apply for admission to Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
• The Incoming students must complete the application for admission, including the submission of all supporting documentation to be considered (application, application fee, official transcripts, and test scores).
• The applicant must have a Transfer GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Application process -

• The candidate must surpass all the admission requirements set by the university.

Value of the scholarship - USD 1,000 - 4,000

Note- For out-of-state residents, this academically competitive scholarship will qualify the student to pay in-state tuition during the semesters in which the scholarship is disbursed.
