Shadow Lawn Grant at Monmouth University 2023

The Shadow Lawn Grant was a scholarship program offered by Monmouth University to first-time freshmen students pursuing a major within the School of Science. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• The grant was available to first-time freshmen students.
• Students must have been pursuing a major within the School of Science.
• There was no separate application process for the grant; all students were automatically reviewed by the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
• Renewal of the scholarship was contingent upon maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
• Recipients had to be enrolled full-time (12 or more credits) each semester.
• Students participating in tuition remission or exchange programs were ineligible for the award.

Value of the Scholarship :

• The grant was valued at USD 2,500 per year.
• It could only be applied toward tuition assessed by Monmouth University and could not be used for housing costs.
• The scholarship was renewable each year, provided that the recipient met the specified criteria.

Application Process:

• There is no separate application process for the Shadow Lawn Grant.
• All students were automatically reviewed by the Office of Undergraduate Admission for eligibility.
