The Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Government of Maharashtra, has launched the Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship, Maharashtra 2024, to offer financial aid to SC students enrolled in Classes 11 and 12. For ten months, the chosen students would receive INR 300 per month.
Eligibility Criteria for Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship, Maharashtra 2024:
- Students need to be a domicile of Maharashtra.
- Students should belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
- Students must be studying in Class 11 and 12.
- Students should have secured 75% and above marks in Class 10.
Application Process:
Students need to submit an application form ONLINE only.

- Caste certificate
- Marksheet of Class 10
- Transfer certificate/leaving certificate
- Admission receipt of Class 11
Benefits:
The SC students who secured 75% or more than 75% marks in the SSC examination and were admitted to the 11th Std. will get a scholarship @ Rs. 300 per month for 10 months for two years.
