PhD Scholarships at University of Bologna, 2017

Ph.D. Scholarships at the University of Bologna, 2017 are open to students who are interested in pursuing Ph.D. in any field offered by the  Department of Economics.

Eligibility criteria:

• Candidates applying for Ph.D. Scholarships at the University of Bologna, 2017 can be from any country and age.
• Applicants are required to have a Masters degree or be in the process of receiving it by October 31st, 2017.
• The Master's degree obtained by the applicants can be one of the following:
• an academic degree granted by foreign institutions, already recognized as equivalent to an Italian degree by Italian authorities
• an Italian university degree – pre-reform system (4 years)
• an Italian laurea specialistica/magistrale (3+2-year system)
• Applicants with international degrees must submit degree certificate and an official translation in English or Italian.

Applicants of Ph.D. Scholarships at the University of Bologna, 2017 must submit the following documents:

• Copy of Valid ID or Passport
• CV in English
• Statement of purpose in not more than 3000 characters describing their research interests, professional goals and their academic background.
• Two letters of reference
• Degree transcripts of both the BA/BSc and the MA/MSc
• A proof of English language proficiency for non-native English speakers
• Graduate record tests 
• Any other documents the applicants should be considered
