Natural Hazards Research scholarship is designed for university students enrolled to pursue PhD or master's by research in areas related to NHRA, including natural hazards resilience and disaster risk reduction.
Eligibility criteria:
- Enrolled in a research higher degree at an Australian or New Zealand university have been offered a research higher degree position
- Applicants who are international students must be enrolled in their course of study before applying for a scholarship.
- Applicants must have an Honours degree of at least class 2A or equivalent.
- Applicants must be studying full time.
- Applicant must develop a project proposal that should center around a study field that is in line with the Center's announced research priorities and themes.
- Applicants are expected to undertake their research with the support of a research team and provide evidence that the proposed project is aligned with that of the supervisor and research team.
