Eligibility Criteria for the Edward Connolly Faculty of Engineering Kick Start Award at the University of Auckland 2025:
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Have applied for a Faculty of Engineering Kick Start Merit Award and/or a City of Sails Award.
- Be enrolled or enrolling in the first year of a BE (Hons) or BE (Hons) conjoint degree at the University of Auckland.
Selection Criteria for the Edward Connolly Faculty of Engineering Kick Start Award at the University of Auckland 2025:
- Academic merit (NCEA Level 2+ or equivalent)
- Personal achievements (sports, leadership, music, community)
- Personal statements for Kick Start Merit and/or City of Sails Award.
Value of the Edward Connolly Faculty of Engineering Kick Start Award at University of Auckland 2025:
Up to four awards, valued at up to $2,000 each for one year, will be made annually, subject to available funds.
