Eligibility Criteria for Excellence Scholarship Class of 1963 on Parliamentary or Governmental Institutions 2024:
- Students should have received admission to the Master of Laws program (essay or dissertation) in winter or fall 2024;
- Students must be enrolled in a Full-time registration (12 credits) at the time of receiving the scholarship (fall 2024), or have recognition of this status according to Financial Aid for Studies.
- If registering part-time (6 to 11 credits), people recognized as student parents under the terms of the Policy relating to student parents of Université Laval may be eligible for this competition.
- Students should have an excellent academic record;
- Students need to complete an essay or dissertation on a subject related to parliamentary or governmental institutions.
