        To qualify for the Bond University Indigenous Scholarship, you must:

        • Hold Australian citizenship and be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage.

    Description:

    The Bond University Indigenous Scholarship aims to support Indigenous Australians by providing partial tuition fee coverage for undergraduate degrees or full tuition coverage for diploma programs. It offers a premium tertiary education experience and pathways to exceptional career opportunities. The scholarship is made possible through the generous support of corporate sponsors, alumni, and community donations to the Ambition Appeal.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    Applicant:

    • Must be an Australian citizen of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent (as defined by ABSTUDY).
    • Must have completed or be currently completing Year 12 at an Australian high school.
    • Must meet the standard entry requirements for the chosen program of study.

    Value of the Scholarship :

    • For undergraduate degrees: up to 50% of tuition fee coverage.
    • For diploma programs: up to 100% tuition fee coverage.

    Application Process:

    • Complete the Bond University Study Application Form for the chosen program.
    • Complete the Bond University Scholarship Application Form using the same login details as the study application.
    • Submit all required documents before the application closing date. These include:
    • Evidence of leadership, initiative, and service to school and/or community using the provided Summary of Achievements template.
    • Letter of reference from an Indigenous community organization, member, or leader.
    • School reference, with career advisor's details if currently completing Year 12.

    Deadlines:

    Applications open on May 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM and close on August 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
