Landscape Scholarships at Benetton Foundation 2024-25

Since 2015, the Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche, in collaboration with its Research Committee focused on landscapes and the preservation of areas, has been awarding scholarships for landscape studies in honor of Sven-Ingvar Andersson, Rosario Assunto, and Ippolito Pizzetti. These individuals have played crucial roles in the Foundation's research efforts from the beginning.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Scholarships are open to both Italian and foreign graduates.
• Applicants must be master's or postgraduate students.
• Applicants must be under the age of 40.
• Applicants who hold a public or private position, carry out any work activity or are research grant holders are ineligible to apply.
• Applicants must have a working knowledge of Italian.

Application Process:

• Eligible candidates must apply online for the scholarship.
• The candidates must submit the following documents:
  • Description of the Scientific project.
  • CV in European format.
  • Copy of degree dissertations and scientific papers along with master's and PhD thesis.
  • Dated and signed presentation letter from a professor and/or scholar with whom the applicant collaborated with.

Value of the Scholarship:

• Selected candidates are awarded a sum of EUR 10,000.
