Eligibility Criteria for Auckland University of Technology Fulbright Scholarships 2024:

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be U.S. citizens
• Must enroll full-time at AUT.
• Meet the normal admission criteria for the program
• Have paid or arranged to pay fees for an approved Research Master’s or Doctoral program.
• Must have an Offer of Place (OOP) for study at AUT, starting within six months of the application date.
• Must have an excellent academic record, strong academic references, and demonstrated potential for high-quality research.

Selection Criteria for Auckland University of Technology Fulbright Scholarships 2024;

Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit.

• Master’s Scholarship: Minimum GPA of 8.0 (A) across 120 points in the final year.
• Doctoral Scholarship: Minimum GPA of 8.0 (A) across 240 points in the most recent program.

Value of Auckland University of Technology Fulbright Scholarships 2024:

• AUT Fulbright Doctoral Scholarship
  • Full fees (domestic rate) covered.
  • NZ$25,000 annual stipend for the second and third years of the doctoral program at AUT.
• AUT Fulbright Research Masters Scholarship
  • Full fees (domestic rate) for the 90 or 120 pt thesis component.
  • Stipend: NZ$15,000 per year (120 pt thesis).
    
    • NZ$11,250 per year (90 pt thesis).
    • Stipend paid during the research component, following PGR1 approval and thesis enrollment.
