Adelaide Summer Research Scholarship at The University of Adelaide 2024

Adelaide Summer Research Scholarship, 2024 provides scholarships to undergraduate students to undertake a research project at the University of Adelaide for six weeks in summer vacation. The scholarship aims to create an interest in students to pursue research and post-graduation.

Eligibility criteria:

• Applicants can be of any nationality.
• Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate program at the university.
• Applicants must be enrolled in a program in 2024.
• Applicants must have completed at least one year (24 units) of their program at a standard acceptable for admission to an Honours program.
• Applicants must not hold a bachelor's degree.
• Applicants must be available to undertake the summer research project on campus.  

Application Process:

• All eligible candidates must contact a potential supervisor to ensure an appropriate research project is available.
• They must complete a Research Project and Supervisor Form.
• They must obtain the Supervisor's signature on the Research Project and Supervisor Form.
• They must apply online before the closing date.

Value of the Scholarship:

All successful candidates are awarded a sum of AUD 1,500 as a one-off payment.
