U of L Graduate Research Award (ULGRA) at University of Lethbridge 2025

The goal of the University of Lethbridge Graduate Research Award (ULGRA) is to provide graduate students residing in authorized departments with more flexibility and depth in their financial assistance.

Eligibility for U of L Graduate Research Award (ULGRA) at the University of Lethbridge:

• The applicant may come from any nationality.
• The applicant must be enrolled in or continuing in a thesis-based master's or doctoral program.
• The applicant must exhibit good academic standing.
• The applicant must demonstrate research potential determined by the relevant department, faculty, or program area.

Application Process:

All eligible candidates are automatically considered for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

• The successful candidate may receive variable units worth $3,000 annually up to a maximum of seven units ($21,000) annually.
• Payment is made in three equal semester-long installments each year, with confirmation of full-time enrollment at U of L required.
