International Achievement Award Beginning freshmen are offered by Southeast Missouri State University for international students. Scholarship recipients must maintain full-time enrollment each semester and be able to demonstrate lawful presence in the US. Incoming students who have earned less than 24 credit hours of college credit are only eligible for freshmen awards, while those who have earned 24 or more credit hours are only eligible for transfer awards.
Eligibility for the International Achievement Award Beginning Freshmen:
- Applicanst must identify as international students.
- Applicants must be new entrants and IEP Pathway students.
- Applicants must have a 3.25 high school GPA.

All eligible candidates are automaticaly considered for the scholarship.
