Eligibility for the University of Toronto President’s Scholars of Excellence Program:
- Applicants can be domestic or international students.
- Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at the university.
- Applicants must be registered for the fall and winter sessions.
- Applicants who previously attended a post-secondary institution are not eligible.
- Students are considered on the basis of their average at the time of admission.
