Eligibility
- The candidate is required to hold a Ph.D. degree in Communications/Electronic/Electrical engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
- A candidate who is close to hand in his/her Ph. D. thesis may also apply for the position.
- He/She must have strong analytical, mathematical and programming skills.
- Fluency in English is required, and fluent reading of scientific literature in English is a plus.
- Must have publications in the scientific journals with the impact factor > 1, h-index is not less than 2.
- Applicant must have articles published in journals that are included in the database Web of Science and Scopus.
