Eligibility Criteria for John Court Scholarship at University of Auckland 2025

Candidates must have been residents of the Auckland Provincial District for at least two years prior to the application closing date.

The scholarship will only be awarded to candidates pursuing a degree in Agriculture at a New Zealand university.

Candidates must have passed Level 3 of the NCEA or an approved equivalent, unless claiming special merit.

Preference in selection will be given in the following order:
- Candidates intending to enter university programs.
- Candidates who have passed the Intermediate Examinations but have not yet started professional programs.
- Others with more advanced academic standing.
Value of John Court Scholarship at University of Auckland 2025:
Successful applicants will receive a scholarship valued at $600 per year.
Application Process:
Each candidate must submit:
- A statement of scholastic achievement.
- Names of up to three referees.
- For unmatriculated candidates, a memorandum explaining the grounds for claiming special merit.
