Ingvar Kamprad Scholarship at Lund University 2024

Ingvar Kamprad Scholarship is to support two students enrolled in the Master's degree program in Industrial Design. 

Eligibility for the Ingvar Kamprad Scholarship:

• Applicants must be citizens of non-EU/EEA country.
• Applicants must be enrolling in to master program at the School of Industrial Design at the University.
• Demonstrate academic excellence.
• The financial support is aimed at students that have difficulties to afford the living costs in Sweden.
• The selection will be from motivation.
• Applications for the scholarships are to be sent to the School of Industrial Design together with the student’s portfolio when applying for the Master's Programme.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful applicants of the Ingvar Kamprad Scholarship will receive:

• Scholarship for living expenses
• The two scholarships that are given out each year are worth SEK 114,000 (about EUR 10,000) and are intended to help with living expenses and housing for the two years of study from August to July. 
• Scholarship for tuition fees
• When the Swedish government decided to charge tuition fees to non-EU/EEA students, the Stichting IKEA Foundation launched two new tuition scholarships. Each scholarship costs SEK 225,000 each year for two years.
