Oncology Nursing Society is offering an Honorary Member Award, 2023 to honor candidates who have contributed to the field of oncology nursing.
Eligibility criteria:
- An ONS member must nominate the candidates.
- The candidates applying for Honorary Member Award, 2023 must receive final approval by the ONS Board of Directors.
- The nominee’s achievements must be specific to the field of oncology.
- Applicant's contributions must be significant.
- Applicants of the Honorary Member Award, 2023 must demonstrate a keen interest in and support of ONS.
- The listing of the candidates' contributions must support the validity of the recognition.
Documents required:
- Applicants must submit a nomination narrative.
- Must provide Two letters of support from ONS members.
- Applicants must submit one letter of support from a non-ONS member
- A detailed copy of the applicant's curriculum vitae must be submitted.
