Hearing Australia Scholarship at Flinders University 2025

Eligibility:

• The applicant must be of Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
• The applicant must be starting a Master of Audiology at Flinders University in the year of the award.
• The applicant must typically be enrolled full-time at Flinders University.

Application Process:

• No separate scholarship application is needed.
• Applying for a course automatically counts as an application for the scholarship.

Value:

• The total stipend is $12,000, paid in instalments after the census date of each semester.
• In the first year, recipients will receive $2,000 per semester.
• In the second year, recipients will receive $4,000 per semester.
• In Year 2, recipients will participate in a one-week remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services Outreach trip, valued up to $3,000, funded by Hearing Australia.
• The trip includes air travel, accommodation, and living expenses, all arranged at Hearing Australia's discretion.
