Eligibility:
- Applicants must have a habilitation or an equivalent qualification.
- Researchers who have completed the Emmy Noether Programme, hold DFG project staff positions, or have leadership experience in private-sector research or mid-level faculty positions are eligible.
- Junior professors who have received positive evaluations are also eligible.
- German researchers returning from abroad are eligible if they meet the other academic qualifications.
- International researchers with equivalent qualifications who wish to pursue their careers in Germany may also apply.
- Applicants should have a track record of outstanding research, demonstrated through publications, successful projects, and leadership in their respective fields.
