Enterprise Research Scholarship (ERS) at University of South Australia 2023

The Enterprise Research Scholarships (ERS) are financially supported by the University and/or its partners and are granted to international students based on their academic excellence and potential for research. Recipients of these scholarships receive a stipend (living allowance) and a fee offset for a specified duration.

Eligibility for Enterprise Research Scholarship (ERS):

• For admission to the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program, candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
• Possess an Honours degree or a Bachelor degree with Honours, achieving at least a class 2a standard in an appropriate discipline; or
• Hold a relevant Masters degree (please note that for certain research fields, a relevant Masters degree with a research component may be necessary); or
• Convince the Dean of Research that their previous education, relevant professional experience, and published research work demonstrate sufficient quality and relevance to adequately prepare them for a research degree.

For admission to the Master of Research program, applicants must fulfill one of the following criteria:

• Hold a relevant Bachelor degree (or its equivalent) of at least 3 years with a minimum credit average; or
• Have an Honours degree or a Bachelor degree with honours; or
• Possess a relevant Masters degree; or
• Demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Dean of Research that their prior education, relevant professional experience, and published research work are of a standard and relevance suitable for a research degree.
