Overview:
This fund was created in memory of Dina Kovarik. Dina, as a faculty member in the Biology and Biotechnology program fo 8 years, contributed immensley to improving the program and supporting Shoreline Community College students to reach their goals. She was the driving force for the development and growth of Project Biotech (a series of High School Biotech summer camps) which has become a transformative experience for so many young students.
Eligibility for the Dina Kovarik Biotechnology Scholarship:
- Applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Candidate must be enrolled in the Biotechnology program at Shoreline Community College.
