The Bob and Joan Meroney Scholarship supports graduate students pursuing advanced studies in Civil Engineering, particularly those with an academic interest in wind engineering, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, or environmental engineering.
Eligibility Criteria for the Bob and Joan Meroney Scholarship at Colorado State University 2025:
- Applicants must:
- Be full-time graduate students enrolled in Civil Engineering who have completed a minimum of one semester of graduate coursework.
- Alternatively, applicants may be graduate students who are enrolled in Civil Engineering and have completed a minimum of one semester. These students may not be considered full-time based solely on classwork but would essentially be full-time when considering their classwork combined with time devoted to a research project.
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Demonstrate an Academic Interest in Wind engineering, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, or environmental engineering.
- Preference shall be given to Students who have an undergraduate engineering degree from Colorado State University (CSU) and have been a member of Chi Epsilon or equivalent honor societies.
