Eligibility Criteria for the Andrew Stewart Memorial Graduate Prize:
- Applicants from all nationalities are eligible.
- Applicants must be a full-time doctoral student.
- Applicants must have completed at least 2 years in their doctoral program by April 30, 2025.
- Applicants must be actively engaged in thesis research at the time of the award offering.
- Applicants must demonstrate excellent academic merit.
Application Process:
- All eligible candidates must be nominated by the home department.
- The students must complete and submit the following documents to the home department:

- A letter of reference
- Curriculum Vitae
- Unofficial University of Alberta transcript
Value of the Prize:
Successful applicants of the Andrew Stewart Memorial Graduate Prize will receive a scholarship of $5,000.
