Ananth Nair was a School of Medicine international student who tragically passed away while enrolled at UCC, and the fund bears his name. Ananth Nair passed away 25 years ago, and this fund has been established in his honour to carry on his legacy of aiding the most vulnerable.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be international students enrolling in the School of Medicine undergraduate programmes (5-year Medicine programme and Graduate Entry Medicine programme) who are suffering from severe financial difficulties, the Ananth Nair Memorial Fund is available.
