Eligibility Criteria for Turkish Government Scholarship 2026:

Applicants must:

Be non-Turkish citizens (Turkish nationals or former Turkish citizens are not eligible).
Not be currently enrolled in a Turkish university at the same level of study being applied for.
Meet the minimum academic achievement:
- Associate & Bachelor’s: ≥ 70% (or equivalent).
- Master’s & PhD: ≥ 75% (or equivalent).
- Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy: ≥ 90%.
Meet the age criteria:
- Under 21 for undergraduate.
- Under 30 for Master’s.
- Under 35 for PhD.

Value of Turkish Government Scholarship 2026:

Full tuition fee waiver for the entire study period.
Monthly stipend to cover living expenses.
Free accommodation (dormitory or allowance).
Health insurance coverage.
Return airfare (one-time ticket).
Optional Turkish language course before academic studies begin.
