Roger Dillemans Fund at KU Leuven 2025

Eligibility criteria for Roger Dillemans Fund:

• Applicants must be from one of the following countries:
  • Africa: Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Guinea, Cameroon, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Niger
  • Asia: Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, Palestinian Territories, Vietnam
  • Latin America: Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador, Haiti, Nicaragua, Peru
• Either obtain an initial master’s degree at KU Leuven by the end of the academic year in which they apply,
• Or complete the first phase of their additional master’s program (120 ECTS) at KU Leuven by the end of the academic year in which they apply.
• Have demonstrated excellence in their academic performance in the past and have achieved distinction (cum laude) for their entire initial master's program.

Documents required:

The applicants of the Roger Dillemans Fund must submit the following documents:

• A detailed overview of earlier study results at KU Leuven
• A recommendation letter from your referee at KU Leuven.
• A letter of motivation

Value of Roger Dillemans Fund:

• Tuition fee waiver.
• € 8,600.00/year living expenses
• Third Party Liability Insurance.
• Affiliation with a Belgian Health Insurance Company
