- Applicants must be enrolled in the Bachelor of Optometry program at the University of Auckland.
- Candidates must complete the course OPTOM 783 (Research Project in Vision Science).
Selection Criteria for the Raymond Harry Hawkins Prize in Undergraduate Optometry Research at the University of Auckland:
- The recipient will be chosen based on the highest mark achieved in the OPTOM 783 research project.
- The final decision will be made by the University of Auckland Council upon the recommendation of the Head of the School of Optometry and Vision Science, in consultation with the external assessor.
