Need-Based Scholarships at Baylor University 2024

Baylor University has initiated Need-Based Awards for International Students for all students to provide financial assistance. Honors College scholarships are awarded based on academic records and need. 

Eligibility Criteria for Need-Based Awards for International Students at Baylor University:

• Applicants from all nationalities are eligible.
• Applicants must enroll in any honors course of study at the university.
• Applicants must demonstrate good academic merit.

Need-based scholarship provides 3 scholarships:

1. Endowed Scholarships:

• The amount of an award is determined by assessing the merit and needs of the student.
• The student must continue to demonstrate financial need, be enrolled full-time in undergraduate courses, and have a cumulative Baylor GPA of at least 2.5 for their scholarships to be renewed. 

2. Baylor Sibling Scholarship: 

• Undergraduate students who have one or more dependent siblings enrolled at Baylor concurrently are eligible to apply for sibling scholarships, valued at $3,000 apiece, on a first-come, first-served basis (at least one must be an incoming freshman).
• a minimum of 2.5 overall in Baylor.

3. Bear Book Scholarship:

• The maximum amount awarded once is $250.
