The Lincoln McCashney Memorial Scholarship is awarded to recognize a third year Education student who demonstrates the qualities that made the late Lincoln McCashney such an outstanding teacher, educator, and mentor to many ECU students, thereby encouraging the development of those qualities and honoring Lincoln’s contribution to education in WA.
Eligibility for Lincoln McCashney Memorial Scholarship 2024:
- Applicants must be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, or International students.
- Candidates should have an academic progression status of GREEN.
- Students must be enrolled in a Bachelor of Education and be on track to complete a minimum of 360 credit points by the end of Semester 2, 2024.
- Applicants should be studying a minimum of 30 credit points and have a minimum weighted average mark (WAM) of 60%.
Value of the Scholarship
Successful applicants of the Lincoln McCashney Memorial Scholarship will receive $5,000 from the university.
