Eligibility Criteria for Keystone Pink Beluga School Leaver Property Scholarship at University of Auckland 2025:

• Applicants must be citizen or permanent residents of New Zealand.
• Applicants must be intending to enrol in Year 1 Bachelor of Property (BProp) or associated conjoint degree in the following year.
• Applicants must be intending to enroll full-time in Year 2 or Year 3 of a BProp or associated conjoint degree in subsequent years.

Selection Criteria for Keystone Pink Beluga School Leaver Property Scholarship at University of Auckland 2025:

• Academic achievement will be assessed based on results at Level 2 or higher in the National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) or an equivalent qualification.
• The applicant’s contribution to the local community will be considered.
• The applicant’s potential to succeed in the property industry will be evaluated.
• Financial need will be assessed through a personal statement, interview performance, and the criteria.
• Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an interview.

Value of Keystone Pink Beluga School Leaver Property Scholarship at University of Auckland 2025:

Recipients of the Keystone Pink Beluga School Leaver Property Scholarship will receive an amount up to $5,000 per annum for three years.
